Malo UT Haive Chain - Sterling Silver

Rescued from the archives of the VARON family workshop. The Malo Cuban braid chain was created in the 60s but was later cancelled in the 90s as it was seen as too heavy for the commercial market, but for us the weight is the beauty of it. Malo UT is the thickest version of the Malo. Here we have it with a Snap box clasp closure with a hand cut camel bone detail.

To achieve its dark matte black finish, the chain is almost completely oxidized in black and then hand-polished to reveal the solid sterling silver finish.
